UK paper company turns cocoa husks into paper
Cumbria-based paper manufacturer James Cropper has developed a process of making paper from cocoa husks – a by-product from the chocolate industry.

A paper stock produced from a recycled by-product of paper starch has been launched by Antalis. Curious Matter has a texture similar to a combination of silk and sand, created by microscopic spherical particles of raw starch.

Favini Crush paper wins Luxe Pack award
Favini has won the Luxe Pack in Green award for its Crush paper brand at Luxe Pack Monaco 2012. Fifteen percent of the paper stock is made from food by-products that may otherwise go to landfill.
